You may view the collaboration demo screencast to help you get started, even though the whole process is fairly simple.

Source codes for the entire editor including Fry JavaScript framework are available via GitHub: http://github.com/aprilchild.
There's been no development for past 2-3 years, but something's cooking, something far better than this.

One last thing: there's an Embedded Amy Demo available for those interested in wonderful editing capabilities within existing systems.
